Why I Started Tempo Notes

Over the past few years I’ve had the chance to work with more than 100 athletes through workshops and one-on-one sessions.

And those spaces are incredible (read: like one of my most favorite places to be).

They’re often where athletes start to see their story differently, build clarity around their voice, and begin creating something that lasts beyond the results from the current season.

But here’s the thing I kept noticing:

Athletes don’t just need strategy. They need momentum. And ideas.

And while one-on-one coaching can be powerful, it’s also expensive and not always accessible to athletes across different sports, countries, and stages of their careers.

So I kept asking myself a question:

How do you share the best thinking and tools with as many athletes as possible?

Tempo Notes is my one small answer to that very big question.

So, what’s Tempo Notes?

Oh, thanks for asking.

It’s a short weekly note for athletes who want help staying consistent and creative online, without feeling like they need to become influencers.

Each week you’ll receive:

  • one perspective

  • one reflection prompt

  • one simple idea you can try right away

Nothing too complicated. Just something to help you build and keep momentum.

The first Tempo Note arrives Sunday evening. You can join here and have your Tempo Note dropped right in your email each week.

Until then, I’m glad you’re here.

x, Natalie
