Hi, I’m Natalie, the founder of Tempo House.

Before I got here, I spent over a decade helping CEOs, nonprofits, and creative founders get clear on who they are and how to communicate it.

I’ve worked across brand strategy, storytelling, and messaging—from big campaigns to quiet turning points. And the deeper I got into this work, the more I noticed something missing.

Despite carrying enormous influence, athletes rarely had the support to think about their own brand—beyond performance highlights or quick-hit social posts.

Meanwhile, something bigger was shifting.

Marketing has changed. So have audiences. What worked before—doesn’t anymore. Fans don’t just want to watch athletes compete. They want to know them. They want real people.

Brands are slowly starting to wake up to this. The smartest brands understand that performance gets attention—but personality and story behind the performance is what creates real loyalty.

And athletes are at the center of it all.

But most athletes haven’t been given the tools or space to do this kind of work—yet.

So I started reshaping the tools I’d used with founders and execs—tailoring them for athletes. What started as one conversation turned into a process. Then a framework. Then a studio.

And here we are.

Tempo House exists to meet this shift—quietly, strategically, and with care.

We give athletes the space and support to build brands rooted in identity, not only their performance.

And we help coaches, sponsors, and support teams walk alongside them in more human, lasting ways.
